How to Become a Help Staff Member

Help members, moderators, and owners earn their ranks by proving to be a trusted asset to Help, and showing experience in handling situations. Look below to get more information on what it takes to become a member and beyond!

Requirements:

• Have knowledge of xat-related problems, questions, and concerns to assist users effectively.
• Always follow the rules — users who frequently break rules will not be considered.
• Maintain professionalism, help users consistently, and be active in chat.
• Members can be promoted by demonstrating excellent performance and determination while helping and moderating.

General Staff Information:

• Members may be made temporary moderators based on the chat's needs and their recent performance.
• Trusted guests are sometimes promoted temporarily, though this is rare.
• Moderators and above can set scroll messages and have access to moderation tools.
• Members and above can use protect mode /p and /pr.
• Maximum moderator ban length is 24 hours (up to 28 hours with powers).
